HERTZ 2.0 ANTENNA TEST FACILITY, COMPACT RANGE REFLECTOR

The HERTZ 2.0 facility is a facility designed to perform high accuracy end to end testing in abroad frequency range. This is possible by exploiting the far field conditions generated bycompact range reflectors and a state-of-the-art positioner system that allows rotation of thedevice under test. These are inside a shielded anechoic chamber, in order to provide acontrolled environment for the tests from the environmental and electromagnetic points of view.In addition to the HERTZ 2.0 Compact Range, several other test facilities will be operating inthe same building, including sub-millimetre wave, optical and optoelectronics laboratories.Within the scope of this activity, the most relevant information is related with the dimensions ofthe anechoic chamber, its accesses and interfaces.
