Living Planet Symposium 2022: Call for proposals

on 25 August 2021

The Romanian Space Agency (ROSA) invites you to participate in the European Space Agency’s Call for proposals of the Living Planet Symposium 2022, set to take place on 23–27 May 2022 at the World Conference Center in Bonn, Germany. The deadline for submitting proposals is 10 September 2021.

Held every three years, the Living Planet Symposium is the largest Earth observation conference in the world – bringing together international scientists and researchers to present and discuss the latest findings on Earth science and advances in Earth observation technologies.

The focus of the Living Planet Symposium 2022, which is being organised with the support of the German Aerospace Center DLR, will be on initiatives addressing the role of Earth observation activities in solving global challenges, such as climate change, sustainable development and food security.

The final programme will feature around 160 sessions which will be selected by the programme committee.
