Info Day at Iasi The Optional Programme of the European Space Agency on Earth Observation and Satellite Navigation

The Romanian Space Agency (ROSA) invites representatives of universities, industry and SMEs from Iasi and surrounding areas to the third informative session of a series dedicated to presenting  the European Space Agency’s (ESA) Optional Programmes in the field of Earth Observation and Satellite Navigation. 

The event will take place on 14 November 2013 at the University Alexandru Ioan Cuza (Carol Blvd. no. 20).

The event will have three main sections: presenting the ESA Optional Programmes on Earth Observation, presenting programmes dedicated to satellite navigation, and bilateral meetings between Romania's representatives at the ESA committees and representatives from interested organisations.

Registration for the event can be done online until 13 November 2013.

Through this series of informative sessions, ROSA aims to promote the opportunities offered by ESA to the Romanian industry in order to increase the number of contracts that ESA is granting to Romania as a Member State. Such events took place so far in Brasov, Timisoara and Craiova and future sessions are planned in Targu Mures and Cluj-Napoca.
