Fifteen teams of Romanian students entered into the second phase of the “Astro Pi” space competition, organised by the European Space Agency (ESA). The challenge for all European students aged maximum 16 years old is to design a running science experiment, using the Astro Pi sensors of a computer onboard the International Space Station (ISS), and to write the code designed for Astro Pi, in order to execute the respective experiment.
