The Romanian Space Agency (ROSA) and ESERO are inviting students to join Mission X- Train like an astronaut, organised by the European Space Agency (ESA). The event will take place from 16 January to 31 May 2023 and people can register during this period.

Mission X – Train like an astronaut is an international educational challenge that focuses on health, science, fitness and nutrition, and encourages pupils to train like an astronaut.

Mission X is designed for students age 8-12, but open to all ages.

Starting 16 January, the 2022-23 Walk to the Moon Challenge will begin and teams can then begin submitting their completed activities to earn steps for their country - steps submitted by all the participating teams help the mascots, Luna and Leo, walk 384 400km – the distance from Earth to the Moon!

The 2022-2023 Walk to the Moon Challenge is open worldwide for school teams and families (teams must be led by an educator or a parent). Registration remains open throughout the challenge.
