Professional Opportunities for young graduates at ESA 2022

on 08 February 2022

The Romanian Space Agency (ROSA) invites Romanian Master students and graduates to apply to the Young Graduate Trainee (YGT) programme, organised by the European Space Agency (ESA). The deadline to apply is 1 March 2022.

The ESA YGT Programme offers young graduates with a Master a unique opportunity to work on inspiring space missions at the heart of European space activities. The Young Graduate Trainee (YGT) programme offers a one-year experience at ESA and is a launch pad for many exciting opportunities in engineering, science, IT or business services.

Applicants should apply for one project from ESA’s opportunities list. Then they have to select the opportunity that interests them the most and fits best with their academic background and aspirations. Due to the high number of applications received each year, ESA can only accept a maximum of two applications per person.

Eligible candidates should be a citizen of an ESA Member State or Associate Members or European Cooperating States. They also should be in their final year of their Master studies or should have recently graduated in engineering, science, IT or business services.
