Eleven high-school teams have been selected for the Exo-RO National Rover Competition 2018 finals

Eleven teams have been selected to participate in the finals of the Exo-RO National Rover Competition, which takes place between 28 November – 2 December at Timisoara. The event is organised by the Romanian Space Agency (ROSA), in synergy with the European Space Education Resource Office (ESERO) Romania and local partners, Banat IT, the West University of Timisoara and the Educational Centre ”Aquapic".

A jury made of Prof. Gabriel Anastasiu (Campulung Moldovenesc), Space Ambassador (Region 1 North-East), ESERO Romania collaborator and representative of pre-university academia, Prof. Alexandru Iovanovici (Timisoara), on behalf of university academia and Cristina Stancu (Bucharest), on behalf of ESERO Romania, has selected the following teams based on the evaluation criteria:

For the final stage of the Exo-RO National Rover Competition, the eleven selected teams will build the rover they proposed in the registration form, following all the stages of a robotics project, from selecting the objectives, design and integration of parts to testing the final system.
