After the advent of real time PPP (Precise Point Positioning) techniques with Ambiguity Resolution (AR) and its adoption in moving receivers, the next step is the usage of such techniques also in safety-critical applications. As an enabler of a practical implementation and the consolidation of the system aspects, to be addressed in different programmes, this context requires the establishment of a rigorous integrity concept considering, among other aspects, the mixed nature of the problem (real and integer) and its adoption for any generic user.The purpose of this activity is to investigate the grounds for the such rigorous integrity concept, and demonstrate its functionality through a software prototype.This activity encompasses the following tasks:- Drawing up of the math basis for the statistical testing of hypothesis which involves both real and integer parameters in the state vector for defining an Integrity Theory which can comprehend multi-hypothesis testing approaches.- Development and evaluation of different user algorithms implementing a rigorous integrity concept in fast updating corrections for various precise GNSS techniques for any generic user.- Identification of the actual probability distribution of the network correction accuracies and their application in the user estimation and testing.- Sensitivity analysts (parametric study) enabling the provisioning of the identified integrity algorithms of a generic user for future system concepts, studies, etc.- Development of a proof-of-concept software prototype involving the testing of user equipment in laboratory environment.Procurement Policy: C(1) = Activity restricted to non-prime contractors (incl.
